All PawHug orders are processed within 2-7 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

🌍 International Delivery Notes

Some international orders may take 4–6 weeks or longer depending on customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.
